Fun With A New Lens

Johnny got me the coolest present for Christmas. Actually, he got me lots of nice things, but I think my favorite is this little guy called a Lensbaby. It's a lens used for special effects with focus. It's definitely something that takes some practice, but here are my first few takes. Enjoy, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

It's Christmas time, and a few weeks ago it was a perfect day to do a few portraits for our dear friends the Greens!

The Davis Family

Last Saturday was a beautiful day. There was plenty of sunshine, a crispness in the air, and fall colors were in full swing. Some new friends, Mark and Mary Davis, asked me to do some portraits for them. I thought it would be great fun to take photos of them in El Dorado Hills' Town Center. I had a fantastic time, especially getting to know their three adorable children, and I hope they did too! Here are a few of my favorites.
