Amy's Bridal Shower | Personal

Bridal Showers are so much fun! I had a blast last weekend documenting Amy's party. The theme? Girly pink, of course! There were so many sweet personal touches to everything, and all of them pink - the flowers, the signature cocktail, the linens, even some of the food! I couldn't help but get right to work on these shots. There's lots more coming soon, so stay tuned to see more!

To help Amy remember her day, Lauren came up with the brilliant idea of doing portraits with each guest. Here are just a couple of the gorgeous ladies who attended.

There were speeches! It was so sweet to see Amy's mom AND Brandon's mom get up together to talk about their sweet girl. And Amy's sister Lauren gave one of the most touching speeches I've ever heard.

Baby Bump Session | Placerville

Beth is one amazing mom. She and her husband, Austin, already have two energetic, smiling boys. And any day now, Number 3 will grace us with his presence. Sweet little Ian, we can't wait to meet you!

Jake + Jessica | Engagement

Jake and Jessica are getting married later this summer. How cute are these two? I've known Jake for over ten years now, and when he met Jessica, you could tell there was an instant spark. The met four-wheeling up in the mountains, and have been having a blast together ever since. He proposed out on one of the family ranches, and I must say, he couldn't have picked a more beautiful spot. When it came time to discuss where we were going to shoot their engagement session, it was obvious. The very spot he proposed!

Their sweet dog, Ginger, was such a good girl for photos!

And of course, the shoot wouldn't be complete without some shots of them and Jake's Jeep.
